2044. Yes, It’s Here | Mantra#2 – NamMo TaMo TaMo DaRaHoang

Good Morning. Just like every Saturday, we are here to do meditation together, to share our merit energy to all. If you are ready to sit down the way you feel comfortable, we are going to start right now.

Na Mo Shakyamuni. May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive compassion and wisdom from all Buddhas from the ten directions. May all of us be blessed.

Let’s put the right hand on top of the left hand. We are going to go directly to the breathing technique. I just remind all how to do it.

We practice with mindfulness breathing techniques including chanting the mantra. The first one Mu A Mu Sa  means compassion by chanting this mantra we all automatically connect and receive the compassion energy from Buddha to motivate and to help us to practice. We all are going to fill with that energy flowing within our body mind and spirit. The second mantra is Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng. This mantra empowers us to receive the wisdom lighting up the light for us to see through. So every time we breathe in through our nose we are mindful breathing in and carry it down to our lower body, expanding our belly. We are mindful with that. We hold it there for three seconds. We allow the body to absorb it and convert it to good energy. Then we focus on the heaven gate point between the tailbone and the front tissue. Right there is the heaven gate. In that point we transfer the energy through and coming up from the backbone to the top of our head. Mindful from the top of your head down to the tip of your toe. Always be mindful with your entire body. You breathe out chanting the mantras.

Now we are going to do it. Thinking about our loved ones, our families, our parents, our Sangha, We connect with them all by wisdom and compassion. Let the compassion and wisdom transform all of us in this very first week of the new year.

Let’s do it.

Breathe in, expanding the belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out, sunken the Belly, chanting the mantras:

Mu A Mu Sa    Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng (7x)

Just relax. Fill with the energy flow within you. Just relax. Recognize your feelings, your body’s feelings, and recognize your thoughts, now, right now. Just watch. Keep doing your breathing technique in and out and watch. Look deep inside your body. Just watch your thought arise. Make no judgements, it is ok, the thoughts just come and go, don’t grab them and hold on for any thought. It is wonderful for us to relax by watching our thoughts. We are talking about today, Yes, it is Here. That means now, here in this body, in this thought. Here is what we do at the moment. Just being here and just relax. Observing the energy surrounding that when your body physically interacts with. Allow your thought to just come. Don’t hold, don’t keep. Just let it flow. Be thoughtful of every thought when it arises. Be thoughtful of any feeling that your body is filled with. Just watch. Just be there with it. Also we are connecting with all Buddhas mentally, spiritually, physically. Being with the compassion energy through the Mu A Mu Sa. Just like the good nectar water. We water every thought that arises. When you see any thought comfortable, or uncomfortable, the thought of write or wrong depending on your point of view. It is ok to have those thoughts, but it is much better to water with Mu A Mu Sa even though negative or positive can be blessed by Mu a Mu Sa. With compassion we do not choose we is good or not good. We bless all of what is there at the moment we realize. We recognize all is here with us, and just keep doing your breathing technique in and out. By doing so we are living here in the moment now. Buddha teaches us to train our mind, for our mind to be stable. To have an unshakeable mind. No matter what happens we always stand still and be able to share our love, but not to be afraid or to scare. We are here now, not in the future or past. Live in the moment we are here. Whatever happened yesterday makes you nervous, don’t let it interfere with your life. It is happy, do make it over last or you will burn out the energy. Here we are breathing in and out. Connect with all the Buddhas to receive the compassion energy. Then we connect with all our loved ones and share that energy with all. It is really important for the first week of the year. Doesn’t mean we stop. We practice to engage deeper with what is here with us. Let’s investigate what is here now for you and me to be with that life. Life within the moment now. To just breathe in and out and be thankful for our parents, for our family, for our friends, our Sangha, our community who always offer giving the space for us to be there and share with our life. Be thankful and appreciate all.

Just activate the deep love with in us and take in all good energy surrounding us. It is here. Love is here. Compassion is here. The Buddha is here, not from somewhere else. We expect him to come, or we have to go there and get him here at the moment. The mantra Mu A Mu Sa is very wonderful, very powerful. Help us break through whatever is holding us back to help us to be here now to meet the Buddha within.

By receiving the compassion energy that vibrates our entire body and mind. It awakens our spirit for everyone to know. The first week of the year is ending today. The second week will be gone soon. Very quick. To start a new year is never too late for us to know how to start from compassion. We all want to empower our power to be stable to make our mind unshakeable. So we all be more productive to produce a good compassion action, thought in any interactions with others.  This is special healing technique. Don’t let anything that hurts you remain by burying your head into it but by receiving the compassion energy and lighting up the wisdom. We all see through and work through and go beyond. Just very gently breathe in and out. Meditate on your entire body, from the top of your head to the tip of your toe. Conscious with, allow the energy to vibrate and flow.

Anyone says anything that hurts you, we thank them. Because of that we know we still have a very big compassion to overcome all of that. Back to any action verbally, physically or spiritually, someone is hurting us to break our feelings to make us sad, we know that is our sensation, our emotions. We are thankful for those because now we know, yes, it is here we still have the compacity to handle compassion and love. With wisdom to see that it is coming not because they are trying to hurt us, but for us to know the compassion will overcome all. We all have the capacity to handle it very well. Saddness enriches our happiness. Suffering enriches our capacity to heal. All that makes you painful enriches our love. All what we have lost, enriches our offering and giving. Let everyone of us ask the Buddhas from the ten directions to guide us to overcome everything that happens in life.

I strongly say Buddha is here with us within. The compassion and wisdom energy is here with us. Not from the next life. It is here within the breathing technique. Be mindful with all. Mindfulness breathing technique with the mantra Mu A Mu Sa and Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng will guide us to know there is a very special energy from Buddha providing to all of us. By practicing these meditations we are receiving a good energy for us to heal ourselves and to heal each other. Every time you suffer by anything you return back to Mu A Mu Sa, meditate on compassion. That way you keep yourself connecting with all the Buddhas to receive the compassion energy for you to see clearer the reason why that person or whatever that makes you suffer, you will see the meaning and most, the best meaning of all is for us to realize that we have the power to forgive ourselves, to maintain the peacefulness that we are supposed to have and to live with.

Always take time to practice and live with what you practice. Don’t try to connect it and store it. We are not the storage, we are practitioners. We practice to live with what we practice. It is Here. By being here now we receive the energy and connect with all Buddhas. We know Buddha will always be with us. Buddha means awakened. The awakened is always within us. By awakening ourselves with the mantras we will be able to see all Buddhas surrounding us, and we connect it all and share with all our loved ones.

Now we are going to practice the meditation. Not now, not the future. But Just do it as a way of life, living. Mindful of everything in and out. Remember compassion and wisdom always exist within us. We will be closer to the Buddha every second of our lives.

May all be blessed.

Breathe in, expanding our belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out, sunken our belly, chanting the mantras:

Mu A Mu Sa     Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng (5x)

Thank you. Have a good weekend.
