2043. Spring After Winter | Mantra#2 – NamMo TaMo TaMo DaRaHoang

Nam Mo Shakyamuni, good morning all my friends it is time for us to practice meditation. Welcome all. Please sit down and relax. Just follow what we do every Saturday. For the newcomer today just follow. Together we just practice.

Put your right hand on top of the left hand. Mindfulness meditation is the time for us to relax and return to the Buddha nature. Take a look deep down to observe the energy to grow and go beyond. So every time we breathe in and out we are mindful with every single action. Our thoughts arise. Just over entirely what we are doing.  We need to watch peaceful and recognize everything comes and goes. By chanting the two mantras compassion and wisdom mantras helps bring us together to connect with all the Buddhas to make a special transmission for us to receive more energy. Energy matters, and it really happens. Now we all relax and practice with me and together sincerely we will receive the energy from all Buddhas. Let it be free to move and observe it. No objection.

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive the compassion  and wisdom energy from all Buddhas from ten directions.

Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra.

Mu A Mu Sa,  Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng (7x)

We just relax and just keep doing meditation. Just keep breathing in and out. Be mindful watching your thoughts and relax. When you breathe in you know you breathe in, and you carry down lower in your body, you are expanding your belly to help the energy move down further. You hold it right there for three seconds for your body absorbing and converting the energy. Then you concentrate right at the heaven gate point between your tailbone in the front. That is the meeting point of the yin and yang. The front and back of the body. You release, breathe out, sunken your belly, with the energy flowing along the backbone up to the top of your head. Chanting the mantra Mu A Mu Sa and Na Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng. The very first mantra we have practiced for more than a year means compassion connecting with all Buddhas in ten directions. Connecting with the source of good energy to receive and transform our life.

What we try to meditate on today is spring after the winter. It is very natural. Every winter is followed by spring. We know spring will come right after winter. Now the first week of 2022 still just about a month that we have gone through winter. Almost two more months and spring will come. When spring comes, nothing will happen if in the winter all the plants and trees don’t absorb the energy from the mother earth and transform it and receive the special transmission from earth, and renew life after the winter is gone.

In order for spring to bloom and refresh in the very early Fall, all the leaves turn yellow and fall down and give the space and also offer to all the plants no longer need to worry about whatever. They still hung around because all the leaves need to fall down. The season changing, the leaves fall, we can see through right here in this temple we have part of the forest. Very hard to see through. But in the winter we can see through to the other side because all the leaves have fallen down. Same thing, when all our negative thoughts fall down to give the space and time for the tree to empower and welcome spring. During that time, we have the real time to see through and reconnect with mother earth to empower ourselves to grow. All negative thoughts and energy need to fall down. Let it fall, and let it fall. Don’t hold back for what has gone. Let it fall and let it fall. Don’t hold back for what is negative causing suffering for awhile. So then you can see through all your thoughts, your actions, and the language you use every day creates a negavtive energy for you.  Buddha guides to let all the negative thought, action and speech to fall down and give our mind a space to be empty to see through.  Seeing through is really important to let go. The spring coming after the winter seems very natural. But for us the same. Practice meditation to empower ourselves to go beyond. But the trees take a great effort to handle the very cold winter. Today here in Frederick, 22degrees. Which just means that under zero Celsius. Very cold, freezing out there. But the tree is very happy in the silence, no activity above the earth, but under all the roots are still working, observing to be one with mother nature. Soon you will see beautiful spring. I love the spring. In the early spring I love to take pictures of the new life.

If you love the sping inside yourself, if you let the negative energy and thoughts fall in the winter very helpful for you to reconnect with the Buddha nature through the Mu A Mu Sa compassion and the Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo wisdom.  Compassion is the energy of mother earth. Wisdom is the energy from the sun. the first mantra helps us reconnect with the compassion with all the Buddhas and receive the energy form the sun and transform to renew our life. That is what we practice meditation.  When we do meditation we let all our thoughts fall apart. We don’t hold on to them especially negative thoughts. We don’t hold onto any thought we like or dislike. We just watch the nature of the Buddha within us. Just like the tree naturally connecting with the earth. The compassion energy we receive naturally vibrates just like the mother earth creates a special vibration for all the roots to receive the energy throughout the winter into the spring.

We welcome the eternal spring in the Buddha nature tha is here now in the moment we practice. The first week of the new year it is very important for us to let all the negative thoughts fall down and reconnect with the Buddha nature receiving more energy and let the nature of the Buddha within us transform. This special transmission from the mother earth is heavily from the Buddha enlightened one and the mind within us really helps us to connect deeper and transform ourselves. That also helps us to have a very unshakable Buddha mind, no matter what happens we are still like the mountains, and we relax and are peaceful like the clouds and float around the universe with no attachment.

When we practice together like this. The special connection between me and all of you creates a special network of energy to flow around and help each other. Here at the Frederick meditation hall, me Su Co and Eileen always practice together receiving the compassion and wisdom together. We open up to receive and we open up to offer our best merit energy to all to help everyone of us to receive a good energy to transform. So, all good information, all good energy be able to transmit to you all. We are the spring after the winter. We are the spring after the meditation. Eternal spring energy will flow within us forever as long as we all sit down and practice every Saturday together.

Take a real action to practice. Only through the practice we can make the spring come beautifully.  We are always thinking about you. We are always thinking about your family, our families, our friends, the community. We all connect to the Buddhas in the ten directions and we always offer. Practice to offer means renew our life. It means be ready for the spring, the eternal spring within.

In the new year we all need the eternal spring within the Buddha nature that is here now for us to be.

Let all the suffering from many meanings created by transform through the meditation when we practice.

May all sentient beings be free of all kinds of suffering and may all the negative energy fall apart. May all of us see through, see through all.  No matter how cold the winter is we are very warm inside. Yes we go down deep into the Buddha nature to connect with all the enlightened ones to make a great transformation and allow ourselves to be empty to transmit that energy so all will be peaceful and happy.

Let’s breathe in, carry it down lower, expanding your belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra:

Mu A Mu Sa:  Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng (7x)

Thank you, that is all we do every Saturday and receive a very good energy and empower our energy and ready to return after winter and welcome the enteral spring energy within us.

May all be blessed.

Thank you.
