Nam Mo Shakyamuni, Mu A Mu Sa

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive compassion energy from all the Buddhas in the ten directions.

Hello everybody, all the friends who have been practicing with us every Saturday for about 30 minutes. For those who have been practicing, I hope you know what we are talking about. For those of you who are new I will still remind. Our meditation practice is very simple and very easy because we work with the Buddha energy which we receive in order to activate our compassion energy within.

The Buddha nature within there. It is awake, but not fully awake. The techniques are based upon breathing in and out to keep activating ourselves. Also receiving all the compassion energy from the Buddha which is waking us up fully to benefit our life. We are really working with the energy. So when you are breathing in and breathing out chanting the Mantra Mu A Mu Sa every one of us will have a good time to experience the energy flowing within. 

What should you do? Do nothing. Just sit there and discover what is happening where and how the energy flows. You just observe it and allow it to transform. That’s all we do.

Today we share the meaning of the mindfulness within. Mindfulness is not about what you should do, the where or how. It is already there. We will talk about it in a minute.  Right now I ask all of you to sit in a position you are comfortable. Sit down comfortably and relax. No matter what position you want to sit in it could be on the floor with a cushion that is the best cross your legs or put them together how you feel comfortable. , and then relax. Or you can sit down on the sofa, wherever you are comfortable with your body. Sit up, straighten your back bone, relax. Straighten up your neck. And you just do what I am doing. I hope that you listen to me clearly and hope that my pronunciation is clear for you to understand. Otherwise just text me and I will try my best to talk to you on text messenger or YouTube is ok.  We have this on That Bao Huyen Mon YouTube and live stream on Facebook Chua Xa Loi. For all friends to be able to see easily and to check and follow. So now put your right hand, your wisdom hand, on your left hand, your compassion hand. Let wisdom and compassion be one with the breathing technique. We will do it two or three times.

Make sure if you fill with the energy just observe it. If it happens on top of your head just observe it. It’s No matter where it is just observe it and let it transform into your body. If your body is moving that is good. That is moving meditation. The moving energy will benefit you physically. It will help you transform the negative energy.

Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there, concentrate on the heaven gate at the end of your tail bone, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra: Muuuu Aaaaa Muuu Saaa.

When you are chanting the air is flowing out of your lower body and you sunken your belly slowly at that point  you will fill with the energy in your body to vibrate and liberate. Recognize it and allow it to transform.

Just maintain your sitting position, breathing in and breathing out, be conscious of the energy on the top of your head. Mindfulness is within, there is no need to seek or look for. There is no form of mindfulness to look for. Just keep your mind on the top of your head, and watch the energy flow from the top of your head. Down along your backbone, and just follow that feeling, that sensation. Just watch it.

Your mind still on the top overseeing your entire body. From the top of your head to the tip of your toes. Just watch. Don’t force yourself very hard. Just Relax, watching the physical body relaxing. Observing the energy flow. Do you feel your body moving left to right or right to left. Just be with that like sitting in a rocking chair. Let the energy flow. Just be mindful of that. There is no seeking. If you feel any stuck in any part of your body if you feel negative energy anywhere around your body or your thoughts. You just move your mind and remain still on the top of your head and relax your entire body and keep breathing in and out. Make sure you are expanding your belly when you are breathing in and then you hold it there for thee seconds for the body absorbing the energy and transforming into a good energy.

Don’t forget to focus right at the heaven gate point. The heaven gate point is right at the front of the tail bone. That pressure point is where you transform energy from the oxygen to flow within your backbone up to the top of your head. While you are breathing out you sunken your belly and you are chanting Mu A Mu Sa.

Mu A Mu Sa. This sound increases the compassion energy connected to your body mind and spirit. When you sound out loud or inside your head either way is always good. If you feel the energy flow, just let it flow.

We do the breathing technique three more times together with me.

Just remain sitting and relax. We all join together within the moment. Mindfulness once again we don’t need to seek, to look for or create it. Mindfulness within we just relax and keep your thought on the top of your head. Just be with that mindfulness. Be aware of all the feelings sensations now. Receive the compassion energy. Let it flow. Transform all the negative thoughts and energy that you suddenly realize that it is there. Let the compassion energy transform it. Water it, wash it and transform.

We offer out merit energy to all our loved ones around here now. May all of them receive our merit energy and compassion energy from the Buddha. To transform their life. To heal their body mind and spirit. Activate their joyfulness, for them to be always happy no matter what comes into their life.

Just let it happen. Observe the energy let it flow. Being one with that. With no judgement, compassion, need not objections, just welcome it. Be honest to yourself and be there and welcome the compassion energy within. Just watch and relax. Being with that is what we call mindfulness. It increases your capacity to be fully mindful with all of yourself, physically, verbally, or even in your thoughts. You have a capacity to oversee all. Practice just like this to make better use of all your life. The gift is already there. Make sure you relax. Think about your family who you love. Offer your merit to all connect with them with the compassion energy. Invite them to receive a good energy from all. The Buddha and all. Let’s refresh our life and reset. Be aware of the energy, be alert and observing and just relax.

Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there, concentrate on the heaven gate at the end of your tail bone, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra: Muuuu Aaaaa Muuu Saaa.

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive compassion energy from all the Buddhas in the ten directions. May all or our family be happy joyful and free of suffering. Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there, concentrate on the heaven gate at the end of your tail bone, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantra: Muuuu Aaaaa Muuu Saaa.

Just relax, observing the energy through out your body. Top of your head to the tip of your toes. This is a special weekend. Thanksgiving is coming. Family and good times. We are going to send out family’s cards and gifts. Don’t forget to send your spirit your merit energy, your good wish within mindfulness. For all our loved ones to be good, loved, healthy and awake. May our parents be happy if they are still here on earth or transformed into heaven. May all of us have a wonderful, wonderful long weekend.
