3011. Receiving the Transformation | Mantra#3 – Ma Sa Ốp Uê | Mantra#3 – Ma Sa Ốp Uê

Good Morning. Welcome all of you to the meditation class on Saturday with me. Time for us to practice. Just sit down and relax. Let us return back to then the nature, breath and practice with me.

Namo Shakyamuni! May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive the compassion, wisdom and awakening energy directly from all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. May all be blessed.

Sit down in a position that you feel comfortable with. Put your right hand on top of the left hand. Every Saturday is a special day for us to let go of everything and return back to the nature of the Buddha within to connect with all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to receive the transmission of Life, energy, peace and happiness.

For more than 2 ½ years we have been practicing the method of returning to ourself. Reconnect, reactivate, recultivate with the truth and with the awakened one, so called Buddha. We are using the breathing techniques we call mindfulness breathing technique with the very powerful, pure mantra that we are reciting which is helping us to connect with the Buddhas and receive the energy from them. While we do meditation, every one of us will receive a great energy. It will flow and all you have to do is allow the energy to flow, and just allow your mind to receive it. That is all we do.

The three mantras we recite while doing meditation are: Mu A Mu Sa – which means compassion. When we sincerely practice the special transmission will be activated for us to receive the compassion energy with this mantra Mu A Mu Sa.

The second mantra, we call the wisdom mantra. The wisdom that allows us to see through and understand impermanence, suffering, and no I. That helps us to regain the reality of the Buddha within. Very peaceful energy.

The third mantra, Mu A Mu Sa, means awakened. This energy we will receive directly from the Buddha with his special blessing we will be awakened to transform our suffering. So lets begin. Every time we breathe in we breathe in through our nose, we carry it down to the lower body, and we expand our belly we hold it there for three seconds and then we concentrate on the heaven gate point, we breathe out, we sunken our belly and we chant the mantra and receive the energy.  Lets start.

Breathe in, hold it there, expanding the belly, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out. Sunken the belly chanting the mantras:

Mu A Mu Sa,  Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng, Ma Sa Op Ue. (7x)

Just continue practicing silently, breathing in and out, chanting the mantras. Just observing the energy flowing within your physical body. Your mind, and your spirit. Time for us to return back to take care of our body, our mind, and our spirit. Let them have the right time to make friends. Let them have the right time for us to take care to receive the energy from all the Buddhas.

What we are talking about today is, “Receiving the Transmission”. You can also say, receiving the transformation. The energy from all the Buddhas could be receiving directly. That transmission will transform ourself. The transmission will create the special transformation for us to be more as how we are. In life we love to carry in more than what we are looking for what is within.  Our meditation is helping us by reminding us that we do have enough, and something very special within us. We forget to be with that specialness. In order to return to get to know ourselves much better to be happy, to heal, and to know ourselves. Practicing meditation is helping us to do so. By receiving the transformation energy edirectly from the Buddhas to us. You can call this healing meditation. It is very natural. Nothing that needs to be force to make it happen naturally, naturally.

When it rains, like last week in Maryland, the Temple in Frederick, Su Co Bao Co, Eileen and Thich Boa Dinh, planted a lot of flowers and trees. I love flowers and trees!  I ask them to plant here and there to make the temple feel like the garden of the spirits heavenly garden. After they plant, we were very blessed because it rained for the whole week. Not much, sometimes during the day, must at night. Enough water for the flowers.  By receiving the water all the flowers and plants are happy, green, and stand tall. I am very happy also. I could see the transformation from the empty spot to greener of flower and trees after the rain. It is beautiful.  It is no different to create the spiritual garden, or the heavenly garden, or flower garden within for you to relax.  We do have the very special spiritual garden within us, the seed of Bodisattva, of compassion, of wisdom, of awakened seed planted deep inside us when we practice together every Saturday.

Through the seed of compassion: Mu A Mu Sa, Plant the seed of Wisdom: Na Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng; and  the seed of awakening, Ma Sa Op Ue. Receiving the energy just like rain, the transformation will begin. You will see physically you feel good, you feel very good, healthy, mentally very peaceful, spiritually very pure.

It is easy, not very hard like what we have all been told: “Meditation belongs to religions, Buddhism teaching meditation!”  Actually, everyone can do it because the nature within us is not because of the religion, it does not belong to Buddhism. As long as you are still alive, by your own breath, that is meditation. You just need to put your mind into it. The rain is still there year in and year out. The sun is up and down. The Seed will be grown up.

So many things attract us and distract us, but if we don’t pay attention and care for ourselves, then who cares about. Don’t get lost in all kinds of distractions out there. Lets’ take a walk back to ourselves and be friendly and make this special transformation by receiving all the energy from the Buddhas. Buddha loves us, and cares for us. But if we don’t love ourselves, the love and care from the Buddha are meanless. We need to take action, need to show up on time and practice, say yes, I love myself and I do care. Let’s together care for ourselves. Love our families, love all those in your life. It means to love and care for yourself. You say you love someone, but don’t love yourself or care for yourself, it means nothing. You don’t have to say you love for someone or care for them. The transmission from the Buddhas is ready to activate, cultivate, connect us to the Buddha by the very sincere mind and to receive the transformation by just sitting down and relaxing and enjoying to see the heavenly garden within.

Don’t need to work much there, just need care and love.

This Saturday is beautiful even though I am away from the Frederick Temple. I am now in Pennsylvania. I just got here yesterday because there is something I need to attend for someone who just passed away.

Remember, come and go. There is and there isn’t. That means impermanence.  Not because of impermanence we do not care for ourselves. The Buddhas shows us all things are impermanent for us to know every second of our lives is special, valuable. Is that good? Yes, a special gift. We need to care and love. I send out a lot of invitations every Saturday. Also every day we practice at our temple for all of you who feel like falling back in love with yourself, care for yourself. Join our meditation. It is a special network to connect with all people who care and love themselves. The people the friends, the sangha, the community. We sit down together to practice. We receive together the energy from the Buddha. We receive the transmission together and we can offer our energy to all. Sitting still where ever you are. It is soon the beginning of summertime. It is good to enjoy outside to step out from the box and free yourself to return back to the nature. The Buddha Nature within. Don’t try to carry in any special techniques, special sects of any Buddhist practices, or special religions. We are all special there is no thing that is the ultimate sect of Buddhism. There is not ultimate method from any special master. The Buddha, the nature, is the master of all. The master of the universe. I ask you to return back to rejoin with the master of the universe. The Buddha himself. The awakened one, the compassionate one, wisdom.

For many years I practiced to receive the transformation directly from the Buddha. I feel grateful. I feel so much energy within so I can offer to anyone who will sit down and join our meditation. I do it every day in Vietnamese, once a week in English. I love it. Our lives are very special, very precious. It is good to love yourself, means offer your life for others. Receiving the transformation directly from the Buddha for the nature within and the nature of the universe. To join together to return to each other in a very peaceful and happiness. The energy we receive will begin the transformation and heal very quickly all kinds of suffering from every individual to make peace. Also, it deletes all kinds of attachment that decaty that no longer are needed. Let it go and have peace to be free to be whon how to live with the tursh of who you are. Receiving this transformation is real if we keep practicing. I love to be beside you every Saturday on YouTube, Facebook. You could share this with any friends who may be interested in practicing with us. The best you can share with your friends is to take on your practice and offer your energy to all of your loved ones.

Let all of us together receive this transformation, the true love. Return back to the universe. No longer be separate from the universe. We don’t separate from that, we connect together. We stand up together, and we have a very peaceful walk around the whole world within our lives.

Let’s return back to the breathing techniques.

Buddha, we are so happy that we have known you. We are so happy to understand the technique you teach does not belong to any religion ,but is a way for all to be. Receiving the transformation is the nature of all sentient beings. We love to receive that transformation and receive that special transmission directly from you. May all of us be able to cultivate and activate to connect with you to receive more energy every day, every second of our lives.  May all sentient beings be blessed and no longer suffer and be happy and enjoy life.

Breathe in, expanding the belly, hole it right there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out, sunken the belly, chanting the mantras and receiving the transformation also offer our merit to all:

Mu A Mu Sa,  Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng, Ma Sa Op Ue (7x)

Thank you. We have just finished the mediation. Very short for 30 minutes. Very powerful and beneficial for all. May all receive this special transformation in every second and be peaceful and happy. May Buddha bless you. Thank You.
