2046. Be With the Best | Mantra#2 – NamMo TaMo TaMo DaRaHoang

Good Morning. Welcome back to the meditation with us.  We just relax. Sit down. Make sure you feel comfortable and follow me.

May all Buddhas bless us, and may all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive compassion and wisdom energy from all Buddhas from the ten directions.

First of all, put your right hand on top of the left hand. Just put them in your lap and relax.

 Our meditation uses mindfulness breathing techniques and also connecting with us with the Buddha through the energy by chanting the Mantra. Every time we sound out the mantra there is energy connected with us physically feel, and are filled with. It brings us back to the heaven and earth, the unity of all energy that is helping us to know ourself much better and balance all energy, and transform the negative. We work on the energy within when we meditate, connecting with the universe. For those who are new today, just follow how to do meditation with us. Just sit down comfortably and relax. Don’t think of this as religion but as exercise to activate you wisdom and compassion energy. This is healing energy for you to recognize yourself much better every day to live truly who we are.

When you breathe in through your nose, you carry it down to your lower body, and you expanding your belly. You hold there for a second, and then you concentrate by the heaven gate point. The heaven gate point is between the tail bone and the front soft tissue. We call it heaven gate, it transforms the energy for yin and yang. Through the backbone up to the top of your head. While you do that you breathe out, sunken your belly and chant.

This is the second year we have been practicing. The first year we practiced one mantra, now we are on the second year and second mantra. We have seven mantras to practice for seven years. Every one who practices consistently with us are all connected with this very good energy. 

The first mantra is Mu A Mu Sa , which means compassion. We connect with all the enlightened ones in order to receive a good energy. The second one is the wisdom mantra  Na Mo Ta MO Ta Mo Da Ra Houng. The second one it to learn about impermanence, no I and suffering. That is what we meditate on.

The title today, “Be with the Best”. What is the best? The best is not something you can buy, but in meditation it is the moment you are with yourself. The mindfulness stage is the best for all of us to be in. Right now we are going to go be with the best by relaxing within every moment. Mindful of the breathing technique in and out. Connecting with mother earth and all the enlightened ones. Make sure you feel the energy flow within you and allow it to keep flowing. Observe it, no judgement, just observe it, like the rain in mother earth. Just observe all the water when it rains. We do the same thing when we observe the energy raining on us. Let’s do it.

Breathe in Expanding your belly, hold it right there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point. Breathe out, sunken your belly chanting the mantra, we will repeat this circle as we chant.

Mu A Mu Sa     Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng (7x)

You just be silent and keep doing the breathing technique. Meditation is very special. It is a time for us to be with our own self. Reconnecting with the truth, we call the Buddha Nature.  The best of all for our life is the moment we are in touch with ourself. Mindfulness meditation helps to bring us together. In life there is so many things that happen. That we have to take care of. Family, friends and our own self. All those activities that take most of our time, so we have little time to be with ourselves. The more we grow up the less time we have to be with ourselves. So many things distract us away. There are so many different kinds of energy naturally influenced our life by things happening around us. A lot of negative energy gets in deep down inside our mind. Those energies slowly effect us again in every cell, every action, every thought, every activity. There are so many times we know that but we cannot push it away. We want to stop it, but it is too strong. It takes over, it makes us tired. It just comes back and comes back. The cycle of negative energy misleading us makes us tired. While there is so much more happiness and fun in life, we cannot even enjoy much.  Our meditation is not different with all, but works with the energy to help us maintain a very positive energy within. We forget to use it. Every time you breathe in and out and you chant the compassion and wisdom mantras, we all receive a very good energy from the enlightened ones. The compassion and wisdom energy enters into our physical body and for all the negative energy deep inside. That s why when we practice, we see the negative thoughts, energy, actions, form us. Shown very clearly. There is nothing wrong with that. It is good to see things clearly so we can rearrange, manage it to make it nicer, better.

Meditation is seeing that what is no good no longer works with us. Especially looking deep into the thoughts inside our mind we need to see clear. It is very hard. But by practicing the compassion and wisdom light from the Buddha will activate within us to help us to see the truth in very clear the negative energy within us. It is alright, we all have it. By seeing it clearly, we have a better chance of transforming it. The energy we receive from the Buddha through the chanting and mindfulness meditation is helping us to transform a lot better and faster. All you have to do to be one with the energy. Allow the energy to flow and transform all the negative energy within. Don’t worry or be scared. You have to practice every day. Just practice. The river knows how to flow. The water itself will transform all. The energy knows how to flow. The power of compassion and wisdom energy from the Buddha. All we have to do is allow it to perform. There is nothing for us to do except sit and relax and allow it to work for us automatically.

So when we practice all of us receive a very good energy and become a very good network sharing our energy to all. It is very helpful. While I am talking and doing meditation you feel a good energy, the Buddha is always around us connecting with us.

Be with the best is the moment we be with ourself. We return back to the Buddha nature. We connect with all the enlightened ones. We are transforming all the negative energy and to know who we are by recognizing the negative energy within is time for us to transform.

The more I practice, the better I see myself. The more I practice and feel good because I am in my best, the capacity to transform and handle all the situations in life much better.  I see my physical, mental and spiritual body in the process of transforming, healing. We all suffer by many things in life. Sometimes we don’t think of that but it is still within us. It comes back very often making us very painful and said. We don’t need to sink into the sad, painful moments, we need to be away from that to live truly with happiness. Surrounded by our loved ones our family our community.

We need to practice. I am encouraging all of you to practice. The very first step in practicing our meditation is for healing. We feel stronger, lighter. Mentally clearer, spiritually in touch with the truth.

We need to practice consistently; I  practice every day on the YouTube live stream so we all can practice. It is really important when we practice every day together, even on live stream, YouTube or whatever. We offer energy to each other. You all can receive a good energy through our practice together because the Buddhas. We receive energy directly from the Buddha. Healing meditation is really important especially now a days. There are so many things that cause a lot of suffering, even ourselves and our families. There is no fear that need to be with us. We don’t need to live in fear. We should live with confidence and open up to live, no hide in fear at all.

If you feel physically weak or sick, please practice meditation, it will help you. So every time you breathe in you carry it down to your lower body and are expanding your belly. Hold it there for three seconds, you will feel a great energy connected with the wonderful mother earth. You may feel the energy moving your body. Just like the water. Still with the motion. Like sitting by a river watching river water flow. Still with the motion. It is the same. The energy you receive is just like a river. The energy flows, and you mind is still. Just watch. That river energy transforms and heals. It is very important. You will be healthier, stronger, clearer, and you will know yourself much better. It is very easy to see all the trash within you. It will be cleaned soon. Refresh your life by cleaning. Be with the best, be mind with the breathing technique and reconnect with the Buddha, the mother earth, and connect your merit with all. That is the great healing process. Need to be happy in life now a days.

Let’s breathe in together. I ask you to think about your loved ones, your parents, husband or wife, children, friends, Sangha, community.  Let’s put aside and offer merit energy to all.

May the Buddhas in the ten directions bless us all and help us receive the compassion and wisdom energy to heal.

Thank you. That is all we do every Saturday just for 30 minutes.  But it really works. It is wonderful. This is healing energy meditation. We all receive a very good energy every Saturday. If you actively practice every day, for fifteen minutes or even just five minutes is very good.
