2030: Breath Through Your Thought | Mantra#2 – NamMo TaMo TaMo DaRaHoang

Good morning. Time for us to practice meditation together. Let’s sit down, relax. Let go of everything. Just be with your breath. Let’s begin.

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and receive compassion and wisdom energy from all Buddhas from the ten directions.

Let’s put the right hand on top of the left hand.

Today we practice “Breathe through your thoughts” in a very mindful and relaxed way to connect physically, spiritually, and mentally together. Every time we breathe in and out chanting the mantra we receive a good energy. This is wonderful for us that every Saturday we receive more good energy to be ready for our coming day.

I remind again for those who are beginners. Mu A Mu Sa is the mantra meaning compassion. When we recite this mantra, we are able to connect with all Buddhas to receive compassion energy. The second mantra, Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng, means wisdom. Reciting these mantras with the mindfulness breathing technique helps us light up wisdom through all the enlightened ones to all Buddhas. Physically every one of us when we practice will receive a good energy. The energy will transform into our body which vibrates our physical body just like the water flows. We just need to observe it and allow it to flow. While we are doing that any thoughts that arise, we just breathe through the thought with not following it, just breathe through. Be mindful of your breath and breathe through your thought. The thought comes you breathe in, the thought comes, you breathe out.  Chanting the mantras Mu A Mu Sa and Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng.  We breathe through to bless out thought. That is all very simple. We just practice, just practice breathing through our thoughts by the mantra and be mindful of our thoughts when they arise. With the breath in and breath out. We will experience a very good energy present here and now.

Let’s begin.

Before we begin, we are thinking about our parents. Connecting with our loved ones, family friends, community. We all offer our merit energy to all. May all be free of suffering. Be happy and enjoy life in every second, moment, here still on earth.

Breathe in, expanding the belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate, breathe out, sunken the belly, chanting the mantras:

Mu A Mu Sa – Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng (7x)

You just keep doing meditation. Be silent and breathe in and out chanting the mantra inside your mind. Just receive the energy from all Buddhas from ten directions to receive it. We practice today breathe through our thoughts.  Our brain functions naturally through our six senses that we are observing all things surrounding us. Our brain functioning in a very natural way creates a lot of thought when we interact or associate with our environment, with people with all things. That is ok. As a human being. Thoughts come and thoughts will be gone. However,  human sensations create the emotional feeling good, bad, sad or happy, angry or excited.   There is nothing wrong with emotional feeling when the thought arises at all. But there could be harmful if we cannot balance. By creating those kinds of emotions directly by our thought is burning yourself, is burning our energy. It doesn’t make our life easy. Because we sometimes experience sadness, makes us tired, makes us so sensitive with all matter surrounding. In the very negative way that makes us down. Pushes us down. For those who are very sensitive and very easy to suffer, when we associate with all people surrounding us. Could be the way they talk, the language they use, the attitude we see from them, breaks our feelings then creates a lot of thoughts that sink us down and make us tired.

Sometimes we feel healthy, strong. Sometimes we feel tired and weak. We all wish to maintain good health in a strong and healthy way. That is why we practice. Breathe through our thoughts. That is what Buddhas says. The benefits of how we practice. Breathing through the thought when it arises so we can transform our feeling into a good way that benefits our life.  For those who very easily get into those feelings that break you down and make you feel bad, those kinds of feelings doesn’t make our life good. No matter what we are doing we feel guilty, wrong, we feel this we feel that, then we feel tired.

This Saturday we are going to make a good choice. We choose to live better through the breathing techniques. Blessing our thoughts when they arise with compassion and wisdom. Then we can enjoy our life much better. No matter what has happened or how people act or talk we always feel good because we know how to maintain our breathing techniques. We break through all our thoughts with compassion and loving kindness. If you see your thought arise while driving, cooking, walking, talking or doing anything, no matter what, it is alright. You don’t have to reject, to push it away. Just welcome it and breathe through.  Buddha says Breathe in, you see the thought arise. A good thought or a bad thought, happy thought or sad thought. No matter. Just breathe through and recognize it. “I acknowledge that thought coming to me.” I breathe out, “I acknowledge that thought is still there.” Just acknowledge, when you are chanting the compassion mantra you bless those thoughts with your compassion. You bless those thoughts with your wisdom. Lighting up your wisdom you see through the thought but make no judgement of good or bad. Don’t reject or grab or carry it on. Just bless it with our thought.

We don’t have to dig into that thought to define the meaning of that thought according to what we want. According to our desire. The more we dig in, the more we are chasing that thought. That Thought will transform and manifest more thoughts and make us chase the thought have to be with higher speed and use more energy. We get tired chasing things. It is not really nice. Chasing the thought, we burn our good energy. We are running with full speed and we get out of control. We all get tired and we get this kind of feeling and that kind of feeling just because we love to chase our thought. We raise up the speed and we are racing with the thought and manifest more thoughts with full speed, light speed, then you know all our life just becomes the chaser chasing things. That’s why we are tired. That is why we slowly break ourselves down and we cannot enjoy ourself with family and friends. Slowly between friends and family we feel there is a distance just because we are chasing our thought. While talking to one person many thoughts arise, and we are chasing that thought, not mindful with the person who is there with us. We are disconnected with them. We become distant from them and cannot understand them at all. Life, the more you practice breaking through your thoughts, the more you engage your thoughts by blessing them with compassion and wisdom. This allows you to connect to friends and family through forgiveness and sharing the energy to the highest quality of living life. Healing physically, mentally and spiritually in a very natural way. This is wonderful. Meditation is about healing. Meditation is about practicing to transform. Meditation is about discovering there is much more good things within us. It is to connect with people deeper, to understand, to love, to forgive and to share. This is wonderful. Life is wonderful. That is what Buddha said. As a human we have the greatest transportation driving us to meeting up our goal, our ultimate goal. Happiness.

Rather live happy than suffer. We will be able to transform it just be breaking through our thoughts. Practice and you will experience the wonderful energy flowing within.. If you practice right in a very short time, you will experience there is the energy flow within you. There it is so crystal clear that you can see and touch your thought, but not chase you thought. You can break through you thought to bless it with compassion and wisdom. We all will be ok. We don’t chase the thought that we get lost somewhere and cannot turn back. Every Saturday we practice together to come back, not distance ourselves away. It is wonderful.

Let’s do the breathing techniques again. I just want to remind all of you that even if this is the first time you practice or if you practice for years. What matters is that you really practice. It is really helpful.

The first two mantras we practice. We take a year to practice each mantra. The first mantra is compassion. Compassion within us, and the compassion that is connected to all the enlightened ones to promote the compassion energy more and more every day. The second mantra is Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng we call lighting up our wisdom to see through and connecting with all Buddhas. Awakened ones. Wisdom to share that we can see through more thoughts. We bless all our thoughts with those two mantras. We all experience the energy that flows within this body and also vibrates through the body. The vibration will heal our body. It will heal our thoughts. The vibration from compassion and wisdom will heal all the suffering no matter how long that it has been within us. It will transform into a better thing.

Thinking about our parents, husband and wife, children and friends, community and society. Let’s connect all and with this moment we offer our merit. We ask for the special blessing that for all be free of all kinds of suffering and center their life in a very stable way of non attachment. We all are going to be breaking through our thoughts to increase up our merit energy to offer to all. Make sure you listen to your breathing technique in and out and see all your thoughts and breathe through you thoughts no matter what kind of thought arise. Just breathe through with the compassion and the wisdom.

Breathe in, expanding your belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantras:

Mu A Mu Sa – Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng (7x)

Thank you. It’s so quick. Thirty minutes have gone. That is all for the Saturday. Once a week. But the benefit lasts through the whole week. Breathe through your thoughts to bless with compassion and wisdom to receive a good energy from all Buddhas from ten directions to connect with all our loved ones and to offer our merit. Also, to heal ourselves, to take charge of our lives in a better way.
