1006: Enrich Your Spirit Vibration – Thất Bảo #1- Mu A Mu Sa

Good Morning, Good Morning everybody.  Hello.

We are here today together on the That Bao Huyen Mon live stream to practice to enrich our Spirit Vibration Today.

We have a couple more minutes until we practice together. We can take this time to say hello to each other, so I know you are there.  Good Morning.

Make sure you find a good place to sit comfortably. Loosen your body, and allow your upper body to move around, and the lower body sitting still. Please.

Good Morning it is time for us to practice now.  I am sitting a little far away so I cannot see your names, but I know you are there.

Let us start.

Nam Mo Bon Su Thich Ca Mo Ni Phat.  Mu A Mu Sa. May all sentient being be free of all kinds of suffering and receive compassion from all the Buddhas in the ten directions.

Today we are practicing to enrich our spirit vibration.  In life we talk about body, mind and spirit. If our body no longer vibrates, we get sick. That is why we practice all kind of exercise to maintain our physical body still within the vibration. The vibrations from all the muscles and every cell within it will enrich itself healthier.

So to make your body vibrate you do a lot of exercise, in addition to the body’s vibration the  mind and spirit need vibration to be healthy. So, in order to keep your mind vibrating you need to do a lot of exercise like reading, watching, listening to music or talking.  Those kinds of associations which help your mind vibrate in a better way for the mind to be healthier.

What about your spirit? Have you ever asked? We count body mind and spirit.  How can I vibrate my spirit.  It seems hard to understand.  We talk about spirit in many different ways depending on what you believe.  When practicing, the methods of meditations from That Bao Huyen Mon: Mu A Mu Sa, we need not to make any name or seek any definition of what we mean by spirit.  We just need to be with the very deep consonance, the deep vibrations within the spirit.  There is no name that needs to be given, no definition given. It is very pure nature just how it is.

So, when you practice Mu A Mu Sa, you take in the air, breathing in deep down and you are expanding and concentrate right at the heaven gate. You know where the heaven gate is located. Right at the tail bone and the soft tissue in front of the tail bone. Right at that point we call the heaven gate.

The energy needs to be focused and passed through the heaven gate, to follow your backbone. While it is coming out you sunken your belly and allow the energy to flow through the heaven gate and up your backbone while you are reciting, chanting Mu A Mu Sa.

The Mu A Mu Sa, along with your breathing techniques will connect you with the Buddha Nature energy.

The energy that is created will vibrate your spirit and you just let your spirit dancing with that energy. The nature moves, the nature dances. No need to use our mind to direct or guide to make it happen in the way we expect it.  We just need our own spirit dancing along with the Buddha Energy engaging with the physical body.  The Beautiful dance naturally and purely within.  How you enrich it you have to do it correctly using the breathing technique breathing in and out.  When you take it in make sure you let the air pass through your lungs.  Keep going down to your lower body.  From that lower body you are expanding your belly just like the balloon. You need to hold your breath for the oxygen to have time for your physical body to absorb it, and convert it into the energy, and concentrate right at the heaven gate and let that energy flow to your backbone with the special Mantra Mu A Mu Sa. It will convert the energy to become the spirit energy.  While receiving the compassion energy that comes from the Buddha it will enrich your own spirit vibration.  When that vibration is absorbed into your own nature you body will dance from left to right, right to left no matter. However, it dances, and however it moves you just let it move no judgement. Once again no converting, no clinging,  no seeking anything. Enjoy watching the movement just like the mother watching the children learn how to stand up and move the first step. It is beautiful. If you still remember the image of the very first time you see your children stand up and step the first step. That we call the angel step. It is so beautiful. Let go that way.

And beginning we put our left hand the wisdom hand, in our right hand the compassion hand, and put it lower and we begin chanting 7 times the compassion Mantra: Mu A Mu Sa. To receive the compassion energy from all Buddhas through our physical body. Make sure you absorb it and allow it to transform into your physical body and let the body dancing with that to awaken our spirit and enrich our spirit vibration.

Just keep maintaining your sitting position, and keep maintaining your breathing techniques and chanting the mantra Mu A Mu Sa, and observing the energy through your spirit, and let your spirit to be free and dance with the energy to engage with the Buddha compassion energy connected with your own spirit.

 It is very important for us to maintain the vibrations in body, mind and spirit.  When the vibrations happen, it brings the united together between body, mind and spirit. We are living here on earth. Naturally have our physical body, mind and spirit.  We have three friends Body, mind and spirit. Right now we have been engaging just with body and mind, now we can engage with our spirit too. That is your best friend.  If the three best friends unit together, sit down together, enjoy dinner together. It will be wonderful. When your spirit vibrates with your body and mind, your health will be improved, you body will get healthier, your mind will become purer. 

That is what we practice with this tradition. It has benefited sentient beings for thousands and thousands of years, and this method benefits for one who practices. So remember we are practicing this special meditation for us to enrich our energy. Today we concentrate on the spirit energy vibration.  So together our body, mind and spirit can come together and become one. No longer separate. Body and mind and Spirit will come together and balance each other physically, mentally and spiritually.

 It benefits your health, it benefits your life, benefits your mental states, your spiritual states. It is really important, especially now a days, all things are uncertain, all things are unstable. So however we need our life to be stable within for us to be happy. There nothing out there to distract us.  WE still stay strong, we still stay healthy, we still stay happy and enjoy our life surrounding us, our family, our church, our Temple.

Remember everyone has to stand up for himself now to have the community be healthy. There is no expectation from the community because the community created by us. Everyone of us take care of ourselves and take responsibility the community will be ok and healthy. So today remember when you are filling with the compassion energy from the Buddha that transforms into your body, you just let it transform and observe it. Just be one with it. Once again I love to use this word.  Let your spirit dance with the energy no matter how in the moment.

Again seven more times chanting with the Mantra: Mu A Mu Sa.

Make sure you enjoy meditation to enjoy your own life, to be happy, to not attach to anything to release and let it go to be healthy and keep you smiling.

Just keep maintaining your sitting position and keep receiving the compassion energy from all the buddhas through your physical body.  Keep in mind in order to keep your healthy energy, young energy, you need to allow the vibrations of you spirit within to bring the friends together, the body mind and spirit.

Three friends together within the vibrations of the spirits energy from the compassion Buddha. We need the compassion energy from the Buddha to vibrate to bring the body mind and spirit together. Remember this is very special because we are working with the energy. It will vibrate and help us to have a deep consonance to help us understand deeper in our spirit.

The Spirits will be dancing with the energy from the buddha and our physical body will incorporate, creating movement which today I call the special spirit dancing. Let the special spirit dancing, dance through out the week to help you to be with your own to help you maintain good health, good happiness, and be mindful with your actions, your mind, your verbal and your body. Be mindful with that it will help you purify your energy from that help you to be alive.

 We practice on this special YouTube channel.  We just practice, and we send out our invitation to everyone out there no matter who you are, religion you belong to, the group you associate with. When we come together purely as humans.  The children of the mother nature. We return back to the mother earth. Equally treat each other with love and forgiveness. We have been practicing for more than 30 minutes using the Mantra: Mu A Mu Sa.  Mu A Mu Sa is the compassion mantra. In life all things need the energy to exist, otherwise it will die.  We are the same. As humans we need to purify our energy in order to maintain our peacefulness, our mindfulness and youthfulness.  

We practice together.  We practice together. I am just a bridge, a motivator. Who practices together with you and I treat you like my best friend, my family.  We do this because we love each other. We do this because we care for each other. Nothing else. There is no other reason in between only one. We care, we love each other.
