Good Morning. Welcome to the meditation class on Saturday with me. Time for us to practice right now. Please sit down, relax and let’s begin.

Na Mo Shakyamuni. May Buddha from all directions bless us and guide all the leaders around the world to understand the suffering from the war and stop it. Sit down and create peace to all.

Put the right hand on top of the left hand and just relax. Let our mind relax. Let the body relax. Just be with the breath. Breathe in and out. Relax in a very relaxed way. Be aware of consciousness, your feelings, and we are guiding our minds today is “No Judgement” make no judgement with anything that rises up inside our minds. Allow our compassion to activate to flow, and to be. Observing the energy and let it grow. Connecting with all your loved ones, family. May all of us, all the sentient beings no longer suffer by any means and receive compassion and wisdom energy.

Breathe in, expanding the belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantras:

Mu A Mu Sa      Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng (7x)

Just relax and receive the energy. I know that spring is coming because tonight we are going to change time in America. So Next Saturday, we are going to begin the third year. Already two years we have been practicing together. Next Saturday we are going to change the time. In Eastern time we are going to start at 8:00 AM. In Minnesota we just move back one hour. Make sure you do it right so you have time to practice with me.

The spring is coming we all know. I know that in Maryland I see some pictures from Su Co and others, Thich. Some flowers are already blossoming. It was warm, 70’s. In Minnesota it is still very cold, snow out there. That is why you see me with a little cold. It is ok I will be alright. What we discussed today is no judgement. You know next Saturday we are going to practice the third mantra. That Mantra is going to mean “To be with Awakened One”  Two years have gone. Now we step into the awakened mind. It is not going to be awakened mind if we still make any judgements. So, no judgement for all. That allows us to be calm and relaxed. To be open the compassion eye and see all surrounding us with real love, true love. With no judgement there is no differences will be created. Only love only sharing our merit with all. That we all know about that. But most importantly, when we practice our meditation as usual, our minds always raise up a lot of different thoughts. Some negative thoughts which bother you and some good thoughts. Some thoughts about people who carry happiness, to be with you, and some thoughts about someone who makes you feel uncomfortable, and you could dislike them. Some thoughts satisfy, some thoughts don’t satisfy. We are rejecting the thought which don’t satisfy you. What thoughts satisfy us we hold onto and we grab them.

In meditation Buddha reminds us, maintain our mindfulness breathing techniques with the mantra for our mind to make no judgements at all, no matter what thoughts arise, we always watch, and bless us with compassion, light up the wisdom and see through to know, to be. So, when we practice, not to the thought arises, sensations, feelings, through our senses, comfortable or uncomfortable we don’t let our mind to get stuck there. But just be with. Just be mindful of whatever sensations or thoughts arise physically, mentally and spiritually. Bless us with your love, your wisdom.

It is really important to maintain that kind of position while you practice. We all are going to experience a very good energy flowing within us. Look at it this way. During the wintertime, some days are very cold, like here, now, and some days are a little warmer. Somedays the snow is falling, frozen, cold, below zero. But however, you see all the plants and trees still comfortable, still and the root, rooting down and just absorbing and receiving good energy from the mother earth and the nature surrounding. Empowering their energy and transforming to be ready. That is why you see spring is there now. You see the flowers pop up, you see the tress so happy, the green a little bit show. The weather is different.  The tree never rejects the winter. It always makes themselves to be with the spring. But the trees and all the plants always welcome all seasons along. That is why we are very lucky to live in a state where there are four seasons for us to experience the transformation and understand deeper the meaning of life. Every season has a different kind of energy flowing around. Our mind is no different. That is how we practice meditation.

Buddha reminds us all feelings are impermanent. All things around us are impermanent. Our thoughts, our feelings, all are impermanent. If we stick to anything for a moment, meaning that we are holding ourselves back to the past, we cannot even catch up with the present moment to be. No judgement to flow with every second of our life to live the true life, to be with the true peace is really important. Don’t let the past sink us down. Couldn’t even breathe. We really need to take ti seriously and apply it into our lives. Not just listen and understand, but make it work. No judgement is wonderful. So, while we do meditation, remember, any sensation that makes you feel comfortable or uncomfortable treat them equally. Any thought that makes you feel good or not good, treat them equally. No judgment at all. From ourself, from this physical body as a good condition for us to practice to experience. We need to take on and practice. Through our senses we know more about ourselves and get in touch with all the environment to be. There is no time for us to create any rejection or judgement, but time for us to enjoy our life.

The weather is getting warmer every day. You see real life being sown day after day. I know like in Maryland, Eileen, Su Co Bao Co and others are going to be busy working with the garden. Beautiful. I think I am going to miss this spring, because I have to so something here, but we never forget the spring. The spring garden needs to be taken care of. It is about thinking, planting, any vegetable you want in the small garden in the temple. The same, the garden of our mind and spirit needs to be taken care of when the spring comes. Meaning, when we feel the energy flowing within, that is the eternal spring energy flow. We need to take care of that by making no judgements at all. Allow the eternal spring energy to flow deep inside our mind and spirit.

 It is wonderful if you allow the energy to flow with no Judgement. You see how the energy naturally works out through your body and mind. Really open for you to see the truth of how you are and enjoy your life. We all know because of judgments, that is why war is created. That is why we no longer care about others such as human beings. That is why we are so eager to stand up and push other people down to just get whatever we want or to satisfy our desire. Suffering because of those comes to all. Buddha says, because of judgement, we always want to be the winner. When we win, we create the enemy. When we loose we create suffering. Why do we want to be the winner? Why do we want to make others to be a looser? Just because of judgements. We have no right to make any judgements of others, but with ourselves we shouldn’t make any judgement too. With the feelings, sensations and thoughts, from there we practice no judgement at allow our compassion to grow like the spring. Taking care of our spiritual and mental gardens now when the spring ahs come. Let us just relax and enjoy. We all know together we practice, not just sitting down and chanting the mantra with the breathing techniques, but also sharing our merit energy we really connect together. As long as you practice together with me we all receive a good energy. We share with all the buddhas. We all experience the energy flowing within. Life is energy the eternal energy We give a beautiful but true name. The eternal Spring energy is here with us every moment that we take on  the mindfulness meditation. So now come back t the Eternal spring energy flowing within us with the mediations we have been practicing for two year. Lets offer our eternal spring energy to all our loved ones and may all be healed. Let the healing begin.
