Good Morning dear all my friends. We are meeting again on this Saturday to practice meditation. Now is the time. We just relax. Sit down in a position that you feel comfortable. Let’s start.

Nam Mo Shakyamuni Buddha. Together we pray that all the Buddhas from ten direction bless all the leaders around the world. To open their minds and hearts. Lighting up the wisdom strong enough to do whatsoever to stop the war and spread peace to all.  We pray for Ukraine, the country is now facing the great danger. Stand together and know exactly what to do to stop the war. May all be blessed.

Put your hands together, right hand on top of the left hand. At this moment I ask all of you going back to the mindfulness breathing technique. Let go of everything. Connect with all the Buddhas and let love, and the compassion energy be shared and heal all from each other. As you know, we practice for years the mindfulness techniques, very powerful for those to be in touch with their own breathing techniques to purify the negative energy to light up the wisdom and to heal. At this moment together we just do that simple.

When you breathe in you breathe in through your nose, carry down to the lower part and expand your belly. When you breath out you sunken your belly and chant the two mantras. You chant very slowly. The first one we call compassion Mu A MU Sa the second one we call wisdom, Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng. Doing this to activate, to reactive our compassion and our wisdom to transform and to purify all our negative energy for us to be healthy physically, mentally and spiritually.

Let’s do it.

Breathe in, expanding the belly, hold it there for three seconds, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out, sunken your belly, chanting the mantras:

Mu A Mu Sa    Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng

Dear all my friends, meditation is not just what we have a taste for one moment and then we stop eating. No eating no taste. When you eat something, you cannot just swallow it. You have to take time to chew it first allow the body to absorb it and take it in. That is the healthy way of eating.

Meditation is the same, we eat every day at our lunch or our meal. We have to be mindful every day. Every second of our life. We practice activating in order to engage with the real life within. Look at the Buddhas life. The teacher the enlightened one. You will see in his entire life he always practiced. Practicing meditation takes courage. It is not just what we like to do for a moment, but next we stop, have to be consistent. That is why almost two years already we have practice every day together on line. It is convenient for us. No matter if we know each other or if we don’t. The YouTube and facebook live stream and others bring us together. Those who love to practice. It requires dedication for ourselves to take on the practice every day. It is not easy because we have to change the routine of what we have been doing. But the new routine is good. Why not do it and carry on that routine every day.

What we are talking about today is very simple. “Just Don’t”.  I remember when we were young our mother always said “no” or “yes” or “don’t” or “do”. Mom and dad very careful to teach us don’t or do. Very clearly for us to not confuse because there are so many things new for the young child to learn. The knowledge it takes time to absorb. Therefore we need the guidance from our parents to say don’t or do. When we grow up, we grow up with that way, the way of our parents taught us don’t or do. But you know, we forget to use it. Then we confuse what we should and shouldn’t do. We get mixed up. We make up all kinds of things together to just satisfy our emotional, our feelings, our sensations. We have no control and no courage to say “don’t”, “stop”. Look, now a days, right now, so many people they lost the foundation of life to say “don’t”. the evil force, so strong pushes them towards things that are not right. We are not the activists to empty anything like anti-war, but war is not good. War is not good at all. We don’t empty it, but we have to say don’t ever create war. That very simple. If you have no sympathy with life, with others, If you don’t value life from others that is not really truly human at all. The very first precept that the Buddha taught was “NO Killing”. There is no war that is a peaceful war, that does not kill at all. No. We must practice and take a great courage for us to say don’t and do.

It simple, but it takes practice. Not just say, and then do it. A lot of foolish people around our life that uses many techniques to pull us into their own evil desires. Not just as a leader of the country, but as individuals we have to practice every day to lead ourselves on the right path to create peace for ourselves and others.

What we are say will be formed into an action and thought. Sometimes we don’t think about what we say, we just say whatever we want to say. Buddha says, the Karma of good or bad created by three sources. Verbally, by what we say every day, and by our thoughts when they arise, and by our actions.

In medical fields, a lot of research shows that what we repeat by talking will affect our brain and motivate the action and the thought. That is why when we were young our parents were always feeding us good words to say, to activate the positive energy to guide our brain, our thoughts, our actions into that path. When Buddha was enlightened, he knew. That is why he always says to be careful of what we say, otherwise be silent. Don’t just say what you want to say. Don’t just talk how you want to talk. Talking also creates a great energy. Therefore, our practice really connects with the sound of the mantra. It is very important. The sound of the compassion Mu A Mu Sa we are sounding out, we are chanting, we are chanting it deep down from the lower body, following the mindfulness breathing techniques to empower ourself to have a good courage to say, “don’t” for the evil thought, evil language, evil actions. The war is created, it came from every single evil thought forming day in and day out. If we don’t carefully select and practice to purify those evil thoughts we are really creating the war within. We have to practice every day and just say “don’t” with the evil thought, evil language, and evil actions. By that we chanting Mu A Mu Sa to activate the different source of energy. The compassion energy, not just from ourself, we connect with all the Buddhas, all the enlightened ones. So when we practice, every one of us receives a great energy that physically, mentally, and spiritually we are filled with that. If we don’t value this special compassion energy to engage, to allow this energy to flow within our life, and guide us to the better spiritual living, then what else you expect to have. We could make a great decision that harms a lot of people, like what we are seeing now. Just in a moment, you don’t listen to the voice that says don’t, you create the war and you kill people.  Not just a special person needs to say, don’t, but all of us need to be humble and sink down, follow the breathing techniques, reflect on what is happening now to learn to just say don’t for the evil thought, action and language. The peace is created within individuals that forms into the peaceful universe. Today, I am very sad. Because I witnessed the real war created in front of me, but couldn’t do anything. So many leaders just think the war is like a cup of coffee. They enjoy to stand out and watch. They do nothing to stop it. But always saying peace to all. What they say is nice, but their actions are not matching. Do things to prevent the worst. Better than help and fix. When it always done and happening.

Practicing meditation helps us to prevent and transform from the root. So every one of us will be able to take control of ourself to maintain peacefulness within to share with each other. Life is very short. Just don’t run away from the good, from the challenges. Just don’t incorporate with the evil. Just say don’t for yourself first for what is not right. What you say every day will be how you are. That is why every day we say Mu A Mu Sa and Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng within our practice to transform ourselves with wisdom and compassion. Yes we still make a lot of mistakes, but we always practice every day to transform. That is why, for many friends, we gain the courage to practice every day for almost two years already. March 19 will be the two years, we will move forward for the third year. It is wonderful. With a busy life, and so much attractive by so many things, it is very hard for us to sit down and practice. I understand that. That is why I created this online meditation every day, not just on weekend. Of course in English, only Saturday, but in Vietnamese I do it every day, consistently, non stop.

In a river, if the water stops flowing it is not a river. We cannot transform ourselves if we stop the energy flowing by not practicing meditation every day.

I ask all of you, and challenge all of you to practice meditation, compassion and wisdom meditation. To connect with all the Buddhas now, not tomorrow. Together we offer the greatest compassion and wisdom energy, and ask for all the Buddhas from ten direction connecting with all people around the world right now, to understand the values of peace, to understand the danger of the war. Together we have to raise up our voice loud. Just don’t create the war. Just stop the war in order to create peace for others. That is the message I would like all of you to think about and evaluate, and take on the practice. You don’t need to run down the street and say it to others, but reflect it in every second of life with the mindfulness practice and offer the greatest energy that we receive from the Buddha.

Let’s take on the mediation now.

May all the Buddhas from ten directions bless us. Bless all the leaders around the world for all of them to see the truth the true value of life, and respect each other and find a way to negotiate to make things move smoothly for the war to be stopped and for peace to be spead out to everyone around the world. May all those who have died because of the war, be blessed and liberated. May all who suffer because of the war be healed.

Breathe in, expanding our belly, concentrate on the heaven gate point, breathe out, sunken the belly chanting the mantras and offer our merit to all.

Mu A Mu Sa    Na Mo Ta Mo Ta Mo Da Ra Houng

Thank you for practicing meditation with me. Remember, tother we stand up for peace and together we say it out loud. Don’t create war, stop the war. May all be blessed by all Buddhas.
