1024: Remove Our Attachment – Mu A Mu Sa

Good Morning everybody. Here it is Saturday. We are meeting together to practice meditation. We are today practicing to meditate on “Remove Our Attachment.” Our technique is using the compassion energy from all Buddhas. The energy is activating our love, our inner peace energy. The energy transforms our attachment allowing us to move it away.

Any attachments can cause roadblocks in our ability to be happy and healthy.  We don’t need to judge our attachments as wrong or right, but if we lean on them it is very hard for us to remove them.

 There is a deep happiness within us. We need to remove all our attachments to reach that happiness. The process of letting go continues our whole lives. Every step we take there are still attachments. We need to let them go to move on.

So, we practice the mindful breathing technique in and out with the special mantra Mu A Mu Sa. That means we are asking all the Buddhas to activate our compassion energy within us. Then we have a special connection with all Buddhas from ten directions. By breathing in and out and chanting the Mantra Mu A Mu Sa every one of us will receive this special energy filling our physical body.

This energy comes by concentrating on the mindfulness breathing techniques.  When you breathe in you expand your belly and hold it there for three seconds. Then concentrate on the heaven gate which is right in front of the tail bone. Then you breath out slowly sunken your belly chanting the mantra Mu A Mu Sa together.

By doing that you are absorbing the energy that comes into your body physically. You just welcome that, flow with that, and it will be ok, and the energy is lighting up our wisdom for us to see every one of our attachments. Whatever attachments there are, you recognize that you hold on too much. Time to release, time to let go. But if you cannot let go or release it, you use the energy flowing from within you, the compassion energy from the Buddha, to help remove the attachments, to transform them so you can move on. That is the only way to achieve your happiness.

Let us begin our practice. Your right hand is wisdom, the left hand is compassion, put your hands together, and we start.

Just maintain your sitting position and keep following your mindful techniques. Just breathe in and move it down, and just keep doing that routine.

We all have attachments that hold us back. Of course, there are some good and positive things that we hold onto to help us heal. That is why in life when we suffer, we think about a wonderful time we had. Then you go back, stick with that, be with that.

Also, there are so many things which create suffering if you bury your head back to the past. Whatever you try to attach to hold onto to heal or to whatsoever still really does not heal you. In Buddhist teaching, a Buddha, Shakyamuni, a master of all, said our attachments good or bad always bring up some suffering. So, he suggested that we let go, be mindful with now, right now.  We need to be mindful with the breathing techniques to live, to have our life back, because our life does not count by days, weeks, months or years. Our life counting on every breath, that we breathe in and out.

How long is our life? It is as short as the breath in and out. Buddha suggested that we respect ourselves and live with our breath in and out fully, mindfully to benefit our health, physically, mentally, and spiritually. The three of them body, mind, and spirit benefit from mindful energy now when you breathe in and out with the Mantra Mu A Mu Sa. 

So of course any good memory is ok to remember, and even a bad memory is ok to look back. But we don’t attach.  Attachment is different from what you reflect on from whatever good or bad. Attachment means that you hold on for so much that you do not let go.  With a memory you just let your mind reflect from on it. You see the memory then let go and move on.

Our attachment to whatever we hold onto too much always creates suffering. Whether we are attached  to the past, attached about what you hold onto in the present, attached about what is going to come, no matter what kind of attachment, it always creates suffering.

So, Buddha asks us to not attach to anything but prepare well with the pure mind with the breathing technique now so we can welcome whatsoever comes with a very pure mind, a tranquil heart helps us to be peaceful, mindful and enjoy our life.

So for those that you look deep in your mind right now. If you see anything that makes you suffer, makes you stuck there you cannot get out that is your attachment. Then we use the breathing technique in and out with the Mantra Mu A Mu Sa receiving compassion energy from the Buddhas that liberates us from of all attachments. It vibrates within us physically, mentally, and spiritually, to set our minds to be free, to be mindful.

The technique has been used for thousands and thousands of years. It has benefitted so many sentient beings. I have been practicing with the mantra for many years. It has been a benefit for me. I am just like you, I always struggle, always face some negative and positive. But as long as I practice with these methods, I am able to transform attachment when it comes. When the negative energy arises in my thoughts, Mu A Mu Sa helps me transform to become positive, when positive arises I transform it for  better use for others for Mu A Mu Sa.

When you practice you will see that it works.  All we need to do is practice. So, by breathing in you know that you take in, you are expanding your belly to hold the energy down there for the oxygen to be absorbed by your body and be transformed into good energy which flows down further to your heaven gate point in front of your tail bone and that energy is going to follow up your backbone to the top of your head.

That energy will purify all the negative energy which is still attached to your backbone or purify your entire physical body for you to be stronger and healthier. We need to take care of ourselves in healthy ways. Every healthy step to care for ourselves is always good, especially meditation. Meditation allows us to live mindfully. Mindfulness allows us to connect our inner nature that we were born with, and the energy from the nature of the mother earth to keep us always healthy. If we don’t use these tools to help us, the negative energy is going to take over and it makes us sick make us weak, make us suffer. So let’s do it again one more time the mantra.

I want you to take care of your breathing technique. When you breathe in make sure you breathe in from your nose and carry it down to your lower body and expand your belly, hold it here for 3 seconds and you concentrate on the heaven gate in font of the tail bone, then you release it by breathing out and sunken your belly in chanting the mantra Mu A Mu Sa.  At the same time, you are observing, you are conscious, you are filled with the energy which physically vibrates, liberates in you. Let it move. Let it flow, and let it be. Please.

Mu A Mu Sa is very powerful it activates the energy within and connects it with the compassion energy from the Buddha that moves and flows within your physical body. Every one of us is filled with the energy. By quieting our minds with the breathing technique breathing in and out and following the breath, it will allow the liberation of our attachments.  The energy connecting us with the Buddha helps us to purify and look deep into our minds and see what we still hold onto, what we are still attached to.

 Whether it is a small or large attachment, it makes our minds tired and we suffer. Slowly this causes tension within the physical body and makes us sick.  So, you concentrate on the liberation compassion energy from Mu A Mu Sa. You allow that energy to flow to remove those attachments for you to be healthier. If you care about your health, mentally, physically, and spiritually, you need to practice. In Buddha life, his entire life, even after he was enlightened, he still had to practice, and so do we. We practice to improve and reach up and achieve our highest quality of life.

Life is not for us to suffer. Life is for us to enjoy, to be happy, to be peaceful with that positive energy. We also offer that special merit energy to loved ones. Offering a good merit energy through the practice. Not just for you, but for your loved ones who suffer. Practice and offer your merit and you will see the special effect for all those people.  Remember the techniques incorporated together with the mindful breathing and the energy from the universe all the Buddhas in the ten directions, connected with our physical body. Every single one of us will be filled with that energy.

 So, when you feel the energy moving inside you touching your body, moving your muscles, moving your hand, moving your thought, whatsoever, it is just like the river of the compassion energy flowing to remove all our attachment away. You just enjoy watching it. It will be wonderful.

We are going to do it one more time chanting the Mantra seven times. This time I wish all of you to be thinking about your loved ones, anyone, it could be your husband or wife, your children, parents those still here on earth with you or who already back to the heaven. It is good for us to offer to all our loved ones. So, get deep into your thoughts. Allow the energy from the Buddha to remove all our attachment to empty our mind. To purify our thoughts, to clear up our energy, to offer our merit to all.

Hello, we are practiced already 21 times the breathing technique with the Mantra Mu A Mu Sa. Not much time for every one of us to practice every day. We need to drink every day, we need to eat every day. We need to practice meditation every day. In order to benefit for ourselves. So please, Saturday we practice together with the inner circle of all of us sharing our good energy to every one of us who participates together online or at home or at the Temple.

 As the Master, I am willing and always make myself to be available to be your best friend to sit down together and practice. It is very beneficial. So please join every Saturday. This is very easy, but however you have to break through your habits and dedicate at least ten minutes a day and 30 minutes with me on Saturday. You will benefit for a long time, for a long life.
